How we work
Most of our customers reach us by phone. A call typically starts with a question — which charger is safe for this handset, is this case the right model, is it worth upgrading yet — and ends with a straight answer. If the right answer is "keep what you have" or "contact your network directly", that is what we say.
Our independence
We are not an authorised agent, reseller partner or service centre for any manufacturer or network operator. Nobody pays us to recommend their product, and we hold no commission arrangements that would bias the advice you receive on a call. Brand names appear on this website only to describe compatibility.
How we handle your call
