2. What we collect

• Contact details you give us on a call or by email: name, phone number, email address and, for orders, delivery address.
• Enquiry details: the handset or accessory you are asking about and notes needed to answer your question.
• Order and payment records: items purchased, amounts and the last four digits of a card. Full card numbers are processed by our payment provider and are not stored by us.
• Technical data from this website: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and analytics or advertising identifiers where you have consented.

3. Why we use it and our lawful basis

• To answer your enquiry and provide advice — legitimate interests.
• To take, fulfil and support orders and returns — performance of a contract.
• To keep accounting and tax records — legal obligation.
• To measure advertising and website performance — consent.

Calls may be recorded or noted for quality, training and order-accuracy purposes. Where a call is recorded you will be told at the start of the call. Recordings are retained for up to six months unless needed for a dispute.
