Refund & returns policy
Last updated: 28 August 2026. This policy applies to items bought directly from Phone Accessories Store.
1. Cancelling an order
As a consumer buying at a distance, you may cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason, and you then have 14 days to send the items back. Tell us by calling +44 330 059 9266 or emailing support@phoneaccessories.store.
2. Condition of returns
Items should be returned complete, with all accessories and packaging, and in a resaleable condition. We may reduce a refund to reflect any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to check the item. Sealed audio items such as earbuds may not be returnable once the seal is broken, for hygiene reasons.
3. Faulty or misdescribed goods
If an item is faulty, not as described or unfit for purpose, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015: a full refund within 30 days, or a repair or replacement after that. We cover return postage for faulty items.
4. Return postage
For change-of-mind returns, you pay the return postage. We recommend a tracked service, as the item remains your responsibility until it reaches us.
5. Refund timelines
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item (or proof of postage), and usually much sooner. Original standard delivery costs are refunded on full cancellations; express upgrades are not.
6. Warranty repairs
Manufacturer warranty claims outside our returns window are handled by the manufacturer. We can explain the process, but we are not an authorised repair centre and cannot carry out warranty work on any brand's behalf.
