2. Our role

We are an independent retailer and advice service. We are not an authorised agent, partner or service centre of any manufacturer or network operator. Advice given on a call is general guidance based on the information you provide and does not replace the official support offered by your manufacturer or network.

3. Calls and charges

Calls to +44 330 059 9266 are charged at your provider's standard rate for 03 numbers and are typically included in inclusive minutes. We do not operate premium-rate numbers and we do not charge a fee for pre-sales advice.

4. Orders and pricing

Prices are confirmed on the call before payment and include VAT where applicable. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order. If an item is mispriced or out of stock we will contact you and you may cancel for a full refund. Delivery timescales are estimates.

5. Your right to cancel

For distance sales to consumers, you have 14 days from receipt to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and a further 14 days to return the goods. See our refund policy for how this works in practice. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this website or the advice line, including abusive calls, fraudulent orders, or attempts to disrupt the site.

7. Intellectual property

Website content is owned by us or our licensors. Third-party brand names and trademarks referenced on this site remain the property of their owners and are used only to describe compatibility.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
